Emer is the Head of KPMG’s Managed Legal Solutions business. She has over
20 years’ experience with KPMG, managing significant programmes of work in pillar banks and large public and private companies.  Emer has extensive experience in the management of transactions, including legal workstreams and the use of technology to deliver efficient programmes of work and reduce cost in day to day legal operations.
