Francis is Chairman of KPMG’s legal service department. He has over 20 years’ experience of corporate law including six years as Managing Partner of international legal firm Eversheds Sutherland and two years as in-house General Counsel for BlackBerrry EMEA. Francis has advised on a broad range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, and intra group transactions.
