Noeleen McHenry
Chief Legal Officer of Uisce Éireann
Noeleen McHenry is the Chief Legal Officer of Uisce Éireann, managing a team of over 20 legal, data protection and corporate governance professionals. She joined Irish Water in 2014, and since then has overseen the provision of legal advice and transactional support to the business across a wide range of disciplines, including litigation and dispute, construction, planning and environmental, property, procurement, commercial and corporate governance. She has a keen interest in innovation, as well as diversity and inclusion in the workplace, overseeing the introduction of the company’s first hybrid working policy in 2019, and being involved in the launch of the company’s Ethnicity and Cultural Diversity Network. Prior to joining Uisce Éireann, Noeleen trained and qualified in Arthur Cox, working in its Projects team, before moving to the Litigation & Dispute Resolution team in A&L Goodbody, specialising principally in contentious and non-contentious planning, environmental and health and safety law.
