Managing Partner, KPMG Law LLP

John is the Managing Partner of KPMG Law LLP, an independent Irish based law firm established in December 2022 and a network member of KPMG International. He is also a member of the KPMG Law global and EMEA Steering Committees. John has over 25 years’ experience of corporate law, having advised on M&A deals and strategic assignments across multiple sectors and geographies for many leading Irish and global companies and state and semi-state agencies.

Prior to joining KPMG, John held the role of senior partner with two leading law firms in Ireland and executive vice president and general counsel for a multi-national plc., and has advised on a wide range of international transactions.
